Refund policy
Purchases and subscription renewals on Fullpub are processed by Paddle, our merchant of record. Refunds, withdrawals, and billing disputes for Paddle transactions are governed by the Paddle Refund Policy and Paddle Buyer Terms.
If you want to request a refund for a Paddle transaction, submit the request within 14 days of the transaction date using the “View receipt” or “Manage subscription” link in your Paddle email, from your billing page, or at paddle.net.
Canceling a subscription stops future renewals at the end of the current billing period. If a refund is granted, access to the related paid writer features will end.
